02Personal data we process

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Bespoke form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• All forms: the language and date of the request.
• Site security: your IP address and browser information for the duration of the session.
• If you allow cookies: usage data such as page visits, clicks and session recordings (see the cookie section below).

03Purposes and legal grounds

• Responding to your requests and discussing bespoke work and pricing — KVKK Art. 5/2 (c): directly related to entering into a contract.
• Confirming by email that your request has reached us — KVKK Art. 5/2 (c).
• Keeping the site and its forms secure — KVKK Art. 5/2 (f): legitimate interest.
• Sending the newsletter — KVKK Art. 5/1: your explicit consent.
• Understanding how the site is used and measuring the results of our ads — only on the basis of the explicit consent you give in your cookie preferences.

04Data transfers

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the providers we work with to deliver the service: the site's hosting provider Hostinger International Ltd. (servers in France, within the European Union), the email service through which form notifications are delivered (Google) and, if you allow it, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity.

Because the hosting server and these providers' servers are located outside Turkey, your data is transferred abroad.For the analytics and marketing services, the transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9; these services do not run unless you allow them.

05Retention

We keep form data for as long as your request requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; after that it is deleted or anonymised. Your newsletter signup is kept until you unsubscribe.

06Your rights under KVKK

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may contact us at any time to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
• learn the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred;
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7;
• request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
